Amir Kamandlooie has been working with Energy@Work in Ontario’s energy sector for 5 years. Amir uses his vast experience as a Professional Engineer, Certified Measurement and Verification Professional and Certified Energy Manager to help our clients achieve their greatest savings potential! As Technical Director, Amir provides invaluable project support and analytics for our clients. Amir supports our clients energy efficiency endeavors through Energy Audits, Building commissioning, Measurement and Verification (M&V) planning, operational HVAC improvement and optimization and more.

 

Elizabeth Rouse

Project Coordinator

Elizabeth is the Project Coordinator at Energy@Work Inc. With her main interest in sustainability practices and energy efficiency, Elizabeth joined the Energy@Work team to better understand, and work to reduce, energy use on a commercial scale. She brings the creativity and the extensive communication required to manage the busy team’s projects.  Elizabeth’s organizational expertise is an asset both within the office and when preparing for clients.

Edward plays an increasingly crucial role in helping a portfolio of clients achieve their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) objectives.  Already, Edward has provided his expertise with the confidence through understanding root cause uses to achieve successful energy and GHG reduction strategies.  He leads Energy@Work’s EWRB team every year and has become extremely knowledgeable in this area.

Edward's detail-oriented and team-player nature complements the company's values, ensuring that clients receive top-notch service and solutions.

Gabriela Guinzani

Energy Analyst

Gabriela is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Energy Systems Engineering Technology and Chemical Engineering. Her passion for optimizing energy consumption and promoting sustainable practices in commercial buildings makes her contribution to Energy@Work invaluable.

Gabriela works with several clients on their Energy Management Action Plans (E-MAPs), meeting monthly to discuss utilities review and energy-saving opportunities, gives support in energy audits and assists clients with diverse requests. She co-organized and successfully implemented the BOMA Toronto 2023 Earth Hour Weekend Challenge, engaging over 230 participants in the pursuit of a greener future. Gabriela is making a positive impact in the energy sector, inspiring others to join her in this critical endeavor.

Reza Shadrokh

Energy Manager

Reza has been an integral part of Energy@Work in Ontario's energy sector since 2022. As a certified energy manager, he brings his expertise to the table by analyzing energy consumption patterns, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to minimize energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, waste, and costs.

Reza is dedicated to helping our clients reach their fullest potential, working towards Net Zero Emissions and GHG reduction through services like Energy Management Action Plans (E-MAP), Building Commissioning (EBCx), operational HVAC enhancement and optimization, and more. His commitment and knowledge contribute to our clients' success in achieving their energy efficiency goals.

Mahesh Thekkedath

Jr. Energy Analyst

Mahesh joined Energy@Work with a keen interest in optimizing energy usage and reducing the carbon footprint.  He holds a Master's Degree in Thermal Power Engineering and is currently pursuing a second master's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. Mahesh has expertise in optimizing HVAC design through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis.

Mahesh utilizes his expertise in Energy Audits and Energy Management Action Plans (E-MAP) for Energy@Work.

David Palma

Jr. Energy Analyst

 David is a Co-Op student at Humber College in the Sustainable Energy & Building Technologies Program.  With a passion for sustainable energy, David is acquiring real world knowledge at Energy@Work by contributing to projects like Energy Management Action Plans (E-MAP) and Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB).
