Curtis’ focus lies in operational engagement and energy efficiency improvement by implementing Energy@Work’s Energy Management Action Plan (E-MAP), which allows establishment of energy baselines and measurement and verification plans to quantify energy savings. Curtis’s role as Energy Manager also involves providing technical expertise and recommending strategies such as “low cost – no cost” measures aimed at improving operational efficiency while maintaining equipment safety and tenant comfort. Curtis works collaboratively with Energy@Work’s Lisa Liang and the management and operational staff to effect positive cultural changes that creates a “win-win” for all stakeholders.
