Green Energy and Green Economy Act - Ontario Bill 150

The Green Energy Act was passed into law May 14, 2009. It's purpose is to facilitate the development of a sustainable energy economy that protects the environment. It aims to streamline the approval process, mitigate climate change, engage communities and build a world-glass industrial sector.
